New Patient Registration
Please complete our online registration forms. Once the forms are completed, a representative will contact you. Although we are located in Los Gatos, California, we accept patients from across the nation, as well as internationally.

Consultation Fees
An initial consultation runs approximately $600 (USD), with a follow-up consultation running approximately $350 (USD).

Prices for tests
Prices are for the most common tests conducted by our program. Professional fees (consultations, office visits etc. are charged separately).
